    • PURPOSE: A thermoelectric module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve thermoelectric performance and reliability of the thermoelectric module by reducing damage of an adhesive unit and an element through structure change of a metal electrode. CONSTITUTION: A thermoelectric module comprises a pair of substrates(115, 116), a thermoelectric element, and electrodes(113, 114). The electrodes comprise an uneven unit which is separated from the thermoelectric element. The uneven unit is formed on the electrode which does not contact with the thermoelectric element. The thickness of the uneven unit is 100 to 300micrometers. The uneven unit is formed by attaching a separate member after electrode formation.

    • PURPOSE: A rotor assembly is provided to reduce the cogging torque by forming a radial slit between a pair of permanent magnets which are embedded in a V-shape on a rotor unit. CONSTITUTION: A rotor unit (10) has an inserting hole (11) in the hollow part. A first magnet (14a) and a second magnet (14b) are inserted into a first bury hole (13a) and a second bury hole (13b). The width (w) of the separate space in the first bury hall and the second bury hall gets greater as it gets closer from the rotation axis of the rotor unit to the outer side of the rotor unit in a radial direction. The first magnet and the second magnet are inserted along the V-shape in a radial direction from the rotation axis of the rotor unit to the outer side of the rotor unit. A slit (30) is formed between the first magnet and the second magnet.

    • PURPOSE: A thermoelectric module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the damage of a substrate and an electrode by improving cohesive force between the substrate and the electrode. CONSTITUTION: A thermoelectric module comprises a pair of substrates(115, 116), a thermoelectric element, and electrodes(113, 114). The thermoelectric element is formed at the portion in which the pair of substrates contacts with the electrodes. The groove of the substrate is formed by etching the substrate.

A partition wall(133) is located between the lead line junction portion and a thermoelectric element junction portion(131). The partition wall is made of an insulating material or a conductive material. A blocking portion physically blocks the lead line junction portion and the thermoelectric element junction portion.
