CONSTITUTION: The sealing method of battery pouch(11) comprising a space(12) for holding an electrode assembly(16), and a cover(14) for covering the space, for heat sealing the cover to adhesion side(15) formed around the space, is characterized by allowing sealing heating parts(19a,19b,19c) to come into close contact with the adhesion side(15), provided that a lower bottom of the space is covered with brackets(31,32), so as to prevent the transmission of heat generated from the sealing heating part to the electrode assembly. The sealing device comprises a pair of first sealing heating parts, and a pair of second sealing heating parts; a first bracket for longitudinally covering the lower part of the space; and a second bracket for transversely covering the lower part of the space.

    • PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte and a lithium battery employing the electrolyte are provided, to improve the ion conductivity of a lithium ion, charge/discharge characteristics, swelling preventing effect and low temperature characteristics by controlling the polymerization reactivity of a multifunctional acryl-based compound. CONSTITUTION: The polymer electrolyte comprises 100 parts by weight of a polyester (meth)acrylate which is such that at least one hydroxyl group of a (polyester)polyol having at least three hydroxyl groups is converted into (meth)acrylate and at least one hydroxyl group is substituted with a group having no radical reactivity, or its polymer; 0.3-5 parts by weight of a peroxide of C6-C40; an organic solvent and a lithium salt; and 0.1-1 parts by weight of a polymerization inhibitor. Preferably the polymerization inhibitor is 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene, p-benzoquinone or their mixture; and the group having no radical reactivity is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group of C1-C20, an aromatic hydrocarbon group of C5-C20, an ether group of C1-C20 or an ester group of C1-C20.
