The stopper is hung by a base side of the heater supporting body at an underside of the welding part.

    • PURPOSE: An electron gun for a cathode-ray tube is provided to ensure spots of electric beams to be uniformly scanned to the periphery of a screen even with errors of dynamic voltage by adopting a dynamic focus. CONSTITUTION: When dynamic voltage(Vd) is supplied to a second focus electrode(28e) and fourth focus electrode(28g) in a lower amount than the rated value, a first dynamic lens(Q1) changes electric beams weaker than the rated value to be elongated in the horizontal direction, a second dynamic lens(Q2) changes the weakly enlarged beams to be elongated less in the vertical direction, and a third dynamic lens(Q3) finally compensates the beams to be elongated in the vertical direction. An electric gun(28) performs a dynamic compensation thereby scanning electric beams with excellent spots to the periphery of a screen(20).
