摘要： An organic light emitting device and a flat display device having the same are provided to increase brightness and optical efficiency of the OLED(Organic Light Emitting Device) by forming a light emitting layer to emit long wavelength color in a light emission direction. An organic light emitting device includes a pixel electrode, a counter electrode, and an organic layer between the pixel and counter electrodes. The organic layer includes at least two light emitting layers emitting different color rays. The light emitting layer to emit a long-wavelength ray is arranged in a light emission direction from the light emitting layers. The pixel electrode is a transparent electrode while the counter electrode is a reflection electrode. The pixel electrode, a red light emitting layer, a green light emitting layer, and the counter electrode are sequentially arranged in the OLED.
