摘要： A method and a computer program for performing a test for an ATE(Automatic Test Equipment) are provided to shorten marketing time of a tested device by offering reliability for the hierarchical testing environment tree. A display code displays a hierarchical testing tree to a GUI(Graphic User Interface) of an automatic testing environment(102). The hierarchical testing tree includes a node for adding device branches corresponding to a DUT(Device Under Test). A relating code automatically relates pin configuration branch and test setting branch to each device branch(104). A window display code displays the DUT and test setting of the DUT by responding to user interaction with the branches of the hierarchical testing tree(106).
