    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing an antibacterial polyurethane foam is provided, to improve the antibacterial effect of a polyurethane foam by injecting an antibacterial component into the polyurethane foam without additional post-treatment and drying process. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (100) preparing polyol; (102) preparing a slurry-type inorganic antibacterial agent; (104) mixing the polyol and the inorganic antibacterial agent; and mixing the mixture solution, polyisocyanate, a stabilizer and an additive, (106) foaming the obtained mixture and curing it. Preferably the polyol is a polyether-based polyol, and more preferably is polypropyl glycol. The inorganic antibacterial agent comprises XM(2/n)O·Al2O 3·YSiO2·ZH2O, wherein M is an ion such as Ag and Na, X is 2, Y is 3, Z is 1 and n is an integer.

    • A vehicle seat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity and quality of a seat foam pad of the vehicle seat by improving mobility of a foaming solution. A vehicle seat(100) comprises a seat frame(10), a seat foam pad and a multi-layer non-woven fabric(13). The seat foam pad is installed on the seat frame to provide the seat frame with the cushion function. The multi-layer non-woven fabric is interposed between the seat frame and the seat foam pad to prevent noise from occurring between the seat frame and the seat foam pad. The multi-layer non-woven fabric includes a long fiber non-woven fabric(13a) and a short fiber non-woven fabric(13b). The long fiber non-woven fabric is attached to the seat foam pad and the short fiber non-woven fabric is positioned adjacent to the seat frame.

    • PURPOSE: A polyurethane foam filter is provided in which photocatalyst is coated on the surface of polyurethane foam that is an organic material, and surface adsorptive power of the photocatalyst is improved, and a manufacturing method of the polyurethane foam filter is provided. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane foam filter comprises polyurethane foam as a principal material; and hydroxy apatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2) titanium dioxide photocatalyst coated on the polyurethane foam, wherein 0.3 to 87 wt.% of the hydroxy apatite titanium dioxide for the total weight of dried coating film is contained in the polyurethane foam, and wherein the polyurethane foam is a polyether or polyester based polyurethane foam and has density of 22 to 32 kg/m¬3 and cell count of 7 to 45 PPI (pores per inch). The manufacturing method of polyurethane foam comprises a step of preparing a principal material, polyurethane foam; a step of preparing a hydroxy apatite titanium dioxide suspension mixture; a step of coating the hydroxy apatite titanium dioxide suspension mixture on the polyurethane foam; and a step of drying the polyurethane foam coated with the hydroxy apatite titanium dioxide suspension mixture, wherein the coating is performed by dipping process, spray process or airless spray process, and wherein the hydroxy apatite titanium dioxide suspension mixture is obtained by mixing carboxylated acrylic copolymer emulsion resin with hydroxy apatite titanium dioxide photocatalyst and adding polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer to the hydroxy apatite titanium dioxide suspension.
