The rotary type waste quantitative-discharge device is connected to one of plural support drums supporting the conveyor through an electric motor(3) to transmit power and driven by the rotation of the support drum as the conveyor moves.

A bolt hole(61) corresponding to the fixing flange is formed and a fixing block groove(62) is formed on the center of the flange unit(63). And, the fixing flange and the flange unit of a separable shaft(60) are connected through a bolt.
