摘要： A rotary type waste quantitative-discharge device is provided to use moving power of a conveyor for transporting waste materials, as rotating power for driving a rotor having an impeller installed at a shaft. The rotary type waste quantitative-discharge device is composed of a suction port(20) having a suction hole expanded toward a conveyor(1) transporting waste materials; a funnel-shaped collecting pipe(22) positioned above the suction port; a filtering unit(24) disposed at the side of the collecting pipe, to exhaust only the air to the outside by filtering the dust and air; and a rotor shaft(262) rotatably installed between the filtering unit and a collecting chamber(28) of a cyclone dust collector(2) having the collecting chamber collecting the dust and fine foreign materials filtrated in the filtering unit, and provided with an impeller radially extended and installed inside. The rotary type waste quantitative-discharge device is connected to one of plural support drums supporting the conveyor through an electric motor(3) to transmit power and driven by the rotation of the support drum as the conveyor moves.

A lock nut(40) is connected to the screw surface of the adaptor and a screw(42) is formed in the insertion hole(41). A flange fixing block(50) is connected to an axial end of the cut shaft. A bolt hole(61) corresponding to the fixing flange is formed and a fixing block groove(62) is formed on the center of the flange unit(63). And, the fixing flange and the flange unit of a separable shaft(60) are connected through a bolt.
