摘要： An electrolytic synthesis method of fluorine-containing material is provided to use a conductive diamond electrode structure capable of simply and easily composing a feeder unit in which anyone of a degraded catalyst and a degraded feeder is easily changeable. An anode(3) of a conductive diamond electrode structure comprises a conductive electrode feeder(8), a conductive substrate, and a conductive diamond catalyst carrier(9) including a conductive diamond film carried on the surface. The conductive diamond catalyst carrier is attached to the conductive electrode feeder by using a bolt and nut or a screw(10) in the part to be dipped in an electrolytic cell. The conductive electrode feeder and the bolt and nut or screw are made of conductive carbon material, nickel, Monel alloy and etc.

摘要： A membrane-electrode assembly, an electrolytic cell adopting the same, an electrolyzed water spray, and a sterilization method are provided to improve bactericidal and mold removal effect due to the high affinity of electrolyzed water to the cell membrane of the mold and bacteria. A membrane-electrode assembly comprises one or more electrodes(7) of tube or rod shape, a tubular membrane(8) arranged around the electrode, and a line-shaped counter electrode(9) arranged around the diaphragm. The diaphragm is fixed to the electrode by the counter electrode so that an electrode chamber with a gas-liquid path is formed between the diaphragm and the electrode. The counter electrode is rolled in a spiral shape with the pitch of 1~10mm.

摘要： A membrane-electrode assembly is provided to solve many problems including difficult fixing of electrodes themselves and requirement of a higher voltage, produce the membrane-electrode assembly easily, and display high performance, an electrolytic unit and an electrolytic water injecting apparatus employing the assembly are provided, and a method of sterilization using the apparatus is provided. An electrolytic unit(6) comprises: a membrane-electrode assembly comprising a first electrode having a rod shape or a cylindrical shape, a strip-shaped diaphragm covering an outer periphery of the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on a surface of the strip-shaped diaphragm; a tube having the membrane-electrode assembly being fixed therein; and a power supply terminal connected to at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode in the tube. An electrolytic water injecting apparatus comprises: a container(3) containing raw water(2); the electrolytic unit; and a head(4) for injecting electrolytic water generated by electrolyzing the raw water with the electrolytic unit. The container has a suction tube(5) disposed therein. The electrolytic unit comprising an anode(rod electrode), a cathode(counter electrode), and a diaphragm is housed in the suction tube. The suction tube has an upper part with reduced diameter functioning as a vertical channel(10), and an upper end of the vertical channel is connected to a horizontal channel(11) in the head. The horizontal channel has a spray nozzle(12) disposed at the other end thereof.
