    • PURPOSE: A solenoid device with a multi-layered returning spring is provided to obtain the returning force of a plunger without changing the size of a solenoid by having a supporting plate structure capable of selectively expressing the elasticity of each spring. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid device with a multi-layered returning spring comprises a coil(600), a plunger(500), an inner support plate(110), an outer support plate(210), a switching support plate(300), a fixing plate(400), and an elastic member. The plunger is putted into the coil to be pulled by magnetic force according to the magnetization of the coil. The inner support plate is fitted and fixed in the plunger while being close to the coil. The outer support plate is arranged in the outside of the inner support plate. The switching support plate is arranged between the inner support plate and the outer support plate. The inner and outer circumferences of the switching support plate are respectively formed corresponding to each support plate. The fixing plate is fixed in the outer circumference of the plunger at a position facing each support plate.

    • PURPOSE: An Exhaust Gas Recirculation cooler is provided to improve cooling efficiency in comparison with an existing heat exchanger by reducing the amount of carbon on the surface of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: An Exhaust Gas Recirculation cooler comprises a heat exchanger(60) and a carbon separator(70). The heat exchanger cools exhaust gas for recirculation. The carbon separator is connected to the exhaust gas inlet(64) of the heat exchanger and separates carbon from the exhaust gas flowing into the heat exchanger. The carbon separator comprises a housing(72), a vortex formation unit(74), and a baffle unit(76). The vortex formation unit is installed inside the housing. The baffle unit filters the separated carbon.
