CONSTITUTION: An air blow apparatus of a spindle comprises a draw bar(100), a collet pipe(130), a contracting ring(140), a pressing ring(150), and an adjusting bolt(160). The draw bar has a sill(110) and a female screw(120). The female screw is formed in the outer diameter part of the sill. The collet pipe has a plurality of cut pieces. If the outer diameter of the collet pipe is pressurized, the collet pipe is contracted to the inside diameter. An inside diameter of the pressing ring is tapered, and is inserted into an outer diameter part of the contracting ring.

CONSTITUTION: For the high stiffness of a spindle supporting device, a ball screw(5) is installed on the lower side of a boring spindle(6) to move the spindle and two LMGs are installed on both sides of the boring spindle to guide the motion of the spindle. Thus, the boring spindle is fixed in a three point supporting method with two LMGs and the ball screw and clamped in an oil hydraulic way by a locking device. Due to the three point supporting method using two LMGs, cutting roughness is enhanced and spindle stiffness is increased three times. Further, the spindle is not pushed back during a heavy cutting process, by the hydraulic locking device.
