    • PURPOSE: A covering apparatus for protecting a transfer system of a machine tool is provided to prevent working fluid or chips from scattering to parts of a saddle by covering the rear of a head using a slide cover. CONSTITUTION: A covering apparatus(100) for protecting a transfer system of a machine tool comprises a saddle(120), a head(130), a head cover, a slide cover, and an elastic member. The saddle is installed on the top end of a frame of a machine tool and is moved in an X-axis direction. The head is arranged to be adjacent to the machine tool and is moved in a z-axis direction. The head cover is connected to the head and is operated with the head. The slide cover is arranged between the head cover and the saddle and covers the areas of the head and the saddle. The elastic member is elastically connected to the slide cover and returns the slide cover back to the original position thereof.

    • PURPOSE: A device for collecting oil draining from main spindle of a machine tool is provided to easily collect the oil which is discharged from crack of the main spindle and to prevent quality of processing product from degrading by falling down oil. CONSTITUTION: A device for collecting oil draining from main spindle of a machine tool comprises an oil receiver cap(10), a rotary cap(20), an oil collecting channel, an air flow channel, an oil discharging pipe, and a venturi tube. The oil receiver cap is formed in order to close to the rotary cap and guides the oil to the oil receiver cap. The oil receiver cap comprises an oil chamber which stores the oil discharged through an oil outflow channel. The stored oil is discharged to the oil discharging pipe(31). The venturi tube compulsively discharges the oil using pressure difference.
