摘要： PURPOSE: A bio-plastic using coffee by-product and the manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the bio-plastic by mixing the coffee by-product which remains after the processing process of coffee, reuse the coffee by-product which is a kind of industrial waste, and contribute to creating additional profits. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing bio-plastic using coffee by-product comprises a step of drying and grinding the coffee by-product by obtaining the coffee by-product from heating, drying and grinding the coffee by-product (110), a step of molding the primary pressed material product that is obtained by mixing, heating, and pressing the dried grinding product of the coffee by-product with inorganic material, titanium dioxide, and dispersing agent (120); and a step of manufacturing the bio-plastic pellet by mixing and heating the primary pressed material product with polypropylene, polyethylene or the mixture of these. The bio-plastic using coffee by-product is manufactured by the above method.
