    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a high-strength deformed bar with low yield ratio is provided to form a central part as a mixing tissue of pearlite and ferrite and to secure high intensity and the low yield ratio. CONSTITUTION: A steel material is heated at a temperature range of 1000~1250°C. The steel material is hot-rolled under a rolling termination temperature condition. The steel material is water-cooled under an operation condition within a coolant bath. A superficial part is recuperated to the temperature range of AC1+10°C~AC1+80°C. The steel material is made of C(Carbon) 0.1~0.4wt.%, Si(Silicon) 0.1~0.6wt.%, Mn(Manganese) 0.4~1.5wt.%, P(Phosphorus) less than 0.03wt.%, S(Sulfur) less than 0.03wt.%, Cu(Copper) less than 0.3wt.%, V(Vanadium) less than 0.15wt.%, residual Fe(Iron) and inevitable impurities.
    • 目的:提供一种低屈服比的高强度变形棒的制造方法,形成作为珠光体和铁素体的混合组织的中心部,确保高强度和低屈服比。 构成:钢材在1000〜1250℃的温度范围内加热。 钢材在轧制终止温度条件下热轧。 钢材在冷却液槽内的运行状态下进行水冷。 表面部分恢复到AC1 + 10°C〜AC1 + 80°C的温度范围。 钢材由C(碳)0.1〜0.4重量%,Si(硅)0.1〜0.6重量%,Mn(锰)0.4〜1.5重量%,P(磷)小于0.03重量% S(硫)小于0.03重量%,Cu(铜)小于0.3重量%,V(钒)小于0.15重量%,残留的Fe(铁)和不可避免的杂质。
