    • PURPOSE: Time-temperature indicator, a manufacturing method thereof, quality warranty system using the manufacturing method, and quality warranty method using the quality warranty system are provided to quickly and accurately confirm decay by a temperature and time condition going outside of a tolerance range, thereby providing confidence in a distribution process of a product to a consumer. CONSTITUTION: Nanobeads(110) contains the following: a microorganism creating lactic acid using nutrient components; an indicator showing color change due to the lactic acid; an immobilization material fixing the microorganism and the indicator; and the nutrient components. A material(120) comprises an adhesive layer(122). A cover film(130) adheres to the nanobead, activates the microorganism, and possess fixed humidity activity. The nanobead forms a 2D code and combines to the adhesive layer of the material. The nanobead changes color or shading according to change of time or temperature and changes the shape of the 2D code.
