    • A fabric and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enable the fabric to realize a three-dimensional shape even without an adhesive agent or a gluing agent. A fabric is composed of a surface layer(100), a rear surface layer(200), and a middle layer having a first middle layer(310) and a second middle layer(320). The middle layer connects the surface layer and the rear surface layer. The surface layer is formed by sequentially and repeatedly arranging surface portions(120) and surface joint portions(111,113,115). Each of the surface portions consists of only surface warps. Each of the surface joint portions consists of surface warps and constituent warps of the middle layer. The rear surface layer is formed by sequentially and repeatedly arranging rear surface portions(220) and rear surface joint portions(211,213,215). Each of the rear surface portions consists of only rear surface warps. Each of the rear surface joint portions consists of rear surface warps and constituent warps of the middle layer. The middle layer is connected between the surface joint portion and the rear surface joint portion. A protrusion part(400) are exposed from a surface of the fabric, wherein the protrusion part is formed by interlocking the constituent warps of the middle layer with wefts on the surface layer. The protrusion part is removed after weaving. Further, the first middle layer and the second middle layer are connected with the surface joint portions.

An LM(Low Melting point) yarn is used for the weft of the opaque layer. The fabric is thermally heated at 150-190°C. A side portion of the fabric and warp are cut. The fabric is sheared and rolled.
