The thin plate assembly method for floating structures comprises: a first step for tact-welding multiple small pieces to be mutually connected for forming a main plate; a second step for tact-welding a part of Longi onto the upper surface of the main plate; a third step for welding the upper surface of the main plate; a fourth step for tact-welding the Longi together with internal materials onto the upper surface of the main plate; a fifth step for welding the Longi together with internal materials onto the upper surface of the main plate; a sixth step for finishing the upper assembly work of the main plate; and a seventh step for welding the bottom side of the main plate by turning over the main plate.     • PURPOSE: A pin jig modeling system of a vessel and a method thereof are provided to change an angle which defines a base plane of a pin jig board according to modification requirements of an arrangement state of a pin jig, thereby adjusting the information of the pin jig. CONSTITUTION: A pin jig modeling program of a vessel is driven (S310). A base plane of a board including pin jigs is calculated (S320). A 2D position of a pin jig arranged on the base plane is set (S330). The height of the pin jig is set by calculating a straight distance between the 2D position of the pin jig and outside plating of a vessel assembly (S340). The board of the base plane, which is schematized based on the 2D position and the height of the pin jig, is provided (S350).
