    • The present invention relates to a visible light communications (VLC) based equipment monitoring and control system which can monitor or control a state of electronic equipment irrespective of place via the VLC, comprising a light emitting diode illumination part transmitting control command data to the electronic equipment installed in a compartment via visible light or receiving state information from the electronic equipment via the visible light; and a portable terminal transmitting the control command data for the electronic equipment to the LED illumination part via the visible light and receiving the state information of the electronic equipment from the LED illumination part. The present invention can suppress a fire in the electronic equipment and the compartment or remotely control corresponding electronic equipment at any place in the vessel until the equipment is damaged by the fire in the case that the fire occurs an equipment chamber in the vessel or a battleship, thereby enhancing operability of the equipment and assuring safety of boarding persons.

    • A device and a method for detecting the position of a buoy installed in an LNG regasification vessel is provided to accurately detect the position of the buoy mooring under the sea from the LNG regasification vessel on the sea. A buoy position detection apparatus can detect the position of a buoy mooring under the sea to connect a pipe of an LNG regasification vessel to a pipe on the ground.     • PURPOSE: A method and device for driving a LNG carrier are provided to minimize the exhaustion or evaporative gas by automatically controlling load of a double fuel combustion engine. CONSTITUTION: A fuel combustion engine has a fuel supply line(L1) connected to a fuel type selection part. An evaporative gas supply line(L2) is connected to a forced carburetor(3), a mixer(4) and a vapor-liquid separator(5). A LNG storing tank(1) has an immersed pump(7) inside and is connected to the forced carburetor through a LNG supply line(L4). The mixer controls a temperature of the evaporative gas to satisfy the fuel combustion engine and a compressor.

    • An oceanic LNG regasification system and a method for operating the same are provided to supply natural gas of gas state to the ground after regasifying the LNG gas on an oceanic floating structure. An oceanic LNG regasification system is installed on an oceanic floating structure and supplies the natural gas which is regasified to the ground. The system includes a carburetter(140), a pressure regulating valve(150), and a pressure controller(132). The carburetter regasifies the LNG gas to the natural gas of gas state. The pressure regulating valve is installed downstream of the carburetter. The pressure controller controls the pressure regulating valve on the basis of information on the operation pressure in the system. The pressure controller sets the pressure to a pressure above the operation pressure in the system. The system includes pressure sensors for detecting the pressure in a pipe and providing the pressure to the pressure controller.

The vaporizer vaporizes the natural gas supplied from the supply pump. The demister eliminates the mist of the natural gas vaporized in the vaporizer. The gas valve unit supplies the natural gas which mist is removed to a boiler(E). The heat transfer unit vaporizes the natural gas of the vaporizer by using the drain water heated via a coolant jacket.

    • PURPOSE: A communication system between an LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) storage device of an LNGC RV(LNG Carrier Regasification Vessel) and a place where LNG is used is provided to reduce the costs and time for restarting of equipment by selectively cutting off the supply of LNG from the LNG storage device and regasification of LNG from the LNGC RV in an emergency shutdown situation. CONSTITUTION: A communication system(100) between an LNG storage device(20) of an LNGC RV(10) and a place(30) where LNG is used comprises first through third communication systems(110,120,130) and an emergency shutdown system(140). The first communication system is installed in the LNG storage device and communicates with the LNGC RV. The second communication system is installed in the place where LNG gas is used and communicates with the LNGC RV. The third communication system is installed in the LNGC RV and communicates with the first and second communication systems. The emergency shutdown system is installed in the LNGC RV and communicates with the third communication system. When an emergency shutdown situation occurs in the LNGC RV, the LNG storage device, or the place where LNG gas is used, the emergency shutdown system receives an emergency shutdown signal and selectively stops the supply of LNG from the LMG storage device and the regasification of LNG from the LNGC RV.
