    • 본발명은선박제조과정중 선박설계에있어서선박형강류설계절단도면생성및 자재 BOM(Bill Of Material) 추출자동화방법에관한것이다. 본발명의목적은선박모델링자료와데이터를이용하여도면에도시되어야할 정보를자동으로만들어주고부재가네스팅된결과값과도면을가지고자재 BOM을자동으로추출해내는선박설계시 형강류절단도면자동생성및 자재 BOM 자동추출방법을제공하는데그 목적이있다. 상기목적을달성하기위한본 발명의방법은, 선박설계전용 CAD 시스템및 상기시스템의인 하우스(In House) 영역에탑재된부재정보형상화추출프로그램그리고상기선박설계전용 CAD 시스템의각종데이터가저장되는데이터베이스서버를이용하여선박설계시 형강류절단도면을자동으로생성하고자재 BOM (Bill Of Material)을자동으로추출하는방법으로서, 상기선박설계전용 CAD 시스템을구동하고상기시스템을이용하여수작업형강류부재를모델링하고, 상기시스템의인 하우스영역의부재정보형상화추출프로그램을구동하여형강류부재의형상정보를절단그룹별로분리하여추출하고상기데이터베이스서버에저장하는제 1 단계; 및상기데이터베이스서버에저장된형강류부재를편집및 검증하고수작업형강류네스팅프로그램을구동하여작업기준에따라그룹별로부재배치네스팅을자동으로수행하여부재를배치하고, 강재발주최적사이즈를결정하여고정하고자재 BOM을생성하고, 원자재발주 BOM을추출생성하며최종절단도면을자동생성하는제 2 단계를포함하는것을특징으로하는선박설계시 형강류절단도면자동생성및 자재 BOM 자동추출방법을제시한다.

CONSTITUTION: An external passage structure of a deck house for a ship comprises a movable platform(31) and a guide rail(35). The movable platform is installed to be vertically moved on the exterior of a deck house. The guide rail guides the vertical movement of the movable platform. The movable platform is vertically moved by a driving motor(32) and an electric mechanism. The electric mechanism transmits the driving force of the driving motor. A receiving box(34) is arranged on the underside of the movable platform.

    • PURPOSE: A method for automatically generating cut drawing of section steel when a vessel is designed and a method for automatically extracting BOM(Bill Of Material) are provided to automatically produce drawing of a handwork part of the section steel, thereby improving design duration reducing effect. CONSTITUTION: Shape information of a section steel member is divided and extracted into a cut group and is stored in a database server by allowing a vessel design CAD system to model a handwork section steel member and to drive a member information shape extracting program of an in-house area of the system. The section steel member stored in the database server is edited and verified(S40). A handwork section steel nesting program arranges the section steel member by automatically performing member arrangement nesting for each group corresponding to a work reference and fixes a steel material order optimized size by determining the same(S70). The handwork section steel nesting program generates BOM; extracts and generates original material order BOM; and automatically generates the final cut drawing(S100).
