    • PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce high quantum efficiency by using dopant concentration less than 5% and to generate phosphorescence of green or blue by saving amount of dopant doped on a host. CONSTITUTION: A hole-injection layer(140) is placed on an anode(110). A hole-transport layer(150) is placed on the hole-injection layer. A light-emitting layer(130) is placed on the hole-transport layer. The light-emitting layer has host material and dopant material. The dopant material is doped inside the host material and has triplet energy over 2.2eV. An electron-transport layer(160) is placed on the light-emitting layer. An electron injection layer(170) is placed on the electron-transport layer. A cathode(120) is placed on the electron injection layer.
    • 目的:提供一种有机发光器件及其制造方法,通过使用低于5%的掺杂剂浓度产生高量子效率,并通过节省掺杂在主机上的掺杂剂的量来产生绿色或蓝色的磷光。 构成:空穴注入层(140)放置在阳极(110)上。 空穴传输层(150)放置在空穴注入层上。 在空穴传输层上放置发光层(130)。 发光层具有主体材料和掺杂剂材料。 掺杂剂材料掺杂在主体材料内,具有超过2.2eV的三线态能量。 电子传输层(160)放置在发光层上。 电子注入层(170)放置在电子传输层上。 阴极(120)被放置在电子注入层上。
