    • PURPOSE: A display device driven by a transmissive driving element is provided to adjust the brightness of the display device by adjusting a driving voltage and a driving current which are applied to the driving element. CONSTITUTION: A driving element(201) includes a bistable material layer, an upper electrode and a lower electrode. The upper electrode and the lower electrode are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the bistable material layer. A display element(200) is electrically connected to the driving element and adjusts a driving voltage and a driving current which are applied to the driving element in order to adjust the brightness of a display device. The bistable material layer is a transparent or a semi-transparent material layer.

    • An organic light emitting memory device is provided to perform light emitting and memory property through one device at the same time by performing a high memory property and a low driving voltage. An organic light emitting layer is formed between a first electrode and a second electrode. A common layer is formed between the first electrode and an organic light emitting layer, or is formed between the second electrode and the organic light emitting layer. An organic film is formed by p/n-doping at least one layer among the common layer. The organic film is a p-doped hole transport layer or an n-doped electron transport layer. The p-dopant is selected in groups composed of MoO3, WO3, V2O5, and F4-TCNQ. The n-dopant is selected in groups composed of Li, Cs, Na, and compound thereof.

    • PURPOSE: A white organic light emitting device is provided to secure the excellent thermal stability and the high efficiency property by including a fluorene-based oxide compound as a host material or an electron transporting material. CONSTITUTION: A white organic light emitting device(100) includes a substrate(110), a first electrode(120) formed on the substrate, a second electrode(160) facing the first electrode, organic material layers(130,150) formed in between the first and second electrodes, and an organic light-emitting layer(140) with a multi layered or single layered stucture formed in between the first and second electrodes.
