    • The present invention comprises the following steps: forming a photoreactive composition layer having permeability on a supporter by moving the supporter with the permeability in one direction; reversing the supporter in a first emission chamber to move the supporter in an opposite direction, thereby forming a returning path in multiple stages; having the pre and post reversed supporter face one another in multiple stages; emitting light from an ultraviolet generation lamp toward the supporter to transmit the light on the supporter and the photoreactive composition layer formed on the supporter (1); photo-polymerizing all the photoreactive composition layers on the supporter formed in multiple stages; and promoting the photo-polymerization of the photoreactive composition layer using another ultraviolet generation lamp different from the previous ultraviolet generation lamp used in the first emission chamber with regard to a second emission chamber adjacent to the first emission chamber.

    • The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an adhesive sheet having an ultraviolet-curable acrylic adhesive layer which has excellent productivity since polymerization is able to be performed at a high speed and exhibits the excellent balance of adhesion performance such as retentiveness at high temperatures, etc. The method for manufacturing an adhesive sheet comprises: a process of spraying an ultraviolet-curable acrylic adhesive composition including monomer ingredients containing (matte)acrylic acid alkyl ester and/or the partial polymerized compounds of the monomer ingredients and photopolymerization initiator on a base material; and a process of forming an adhesive layer by hardening the ultraviolet-curable acrylic adhesive composition by irradiating ultraviolet rays. The process of forming the adhesive layer includes: a first irradiation process of exposing the ultraviolet-curable acrylic adhesive composition by using an LED lamp having a peak wavelength in a range of 300-450 nm as an ultraviolet ray source; and a second irradiation process of exposing the ultraviolet-curable acrylic adhesive composition by using an ultraviolet lamp having a peak wavelength in a range of 300-450 nm as an ultraviolet ray source after the first irradiation process, wherein the polymerization rate of the monomer ingredients is 50% or more when the first irradiation process is completed.
