    • PURPOSE: An operational amplifier is provided to minimize overshoot or undershoot and to perform stable operation. CONSTITUTION: An operational amplifier comprises an input block(K1), a driving block(K2) and an output block(K3). The input block consists of P-channel FETs(M51, M52), N-channel FETs(M55, M56), a P-channel FET(M91) for a constant current source, an N-channel FET(M92) for a constant current source, N-channel FETs(M53, M59), N-channel FETs(M54, M60) and P-channel FETs(M57, M58). The input block has a wide input range by connecting the pair of differential transistors(M51, M52) and the pair of differential transistors(M55, M56) to each other in parallel. The driving block consists of P-channel FETs(M61, M62, M63, M64), and N-channel FETs(M67, M68, M69) for the constant current source. The output block consists of a P-channel FET(M65), an N-channel FET(M66) and an N-channel FET(M70) for the constant current source. The output block performs push-pull operation in response to a plurality of specific signals generated on the basis of an input signal. The output block has the transistors(M65, M66) for generating an output signal as a result of the push-pull operation. The plurality of specific signals have the same delay time before entering the transistors(M65, M66).
