    • PURPOSE: A refueling valve is provided to improve operational response and accuracy by arranging a check cartridge in a pilot line. CONSTITUTION: A refueling valve(100) comprises an upper housing(110), a lower housing(120), and a poppet(130). One side of the upper housing is an opened cylindrical shape and the opened surface is arranged downward. At least one refueling path through which fuel is refueled from an external fuel supply source is formed on the side wall of the upper housing. The upper housing comprises a guide part(112) in which a bottom-opened pilot line(114). A main pilot line(115) connected to a high water level valve(500) is formed on the top of the upper housing. The lower housing is formed into the shape of a flat plate and is coupled to the lower part of the upper housing. A communication hole(121) is formed in the center of the lower housing. The poppet is arranged to open and close the communication hole(121) and the refueling path. The poppet is coupled to vertically move in a state where a central side wall(133) of the poppet is guided to the guide part and an external side wall is guided to the side wall of the upper housing. The poppet comprises an elastic unit(134).

    • PURPOSE: A high-water level valve is provided to transmit mechanical control signals for opening and closing other valves by sensitively and accurately detecting the water level of a fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A high-water level valve(100) comprises a valve body(110), a valve element(120), a lever(130), a hinge part(140), and a float(150). The valve body has a receiving part; is connected to a fuel inlet(500); and has a fuel outlet for discharging fuel to the receiving part. The valve element is vertically moved inside the receiving part to open and close the fuel outlet. One side of the lever is connected to the upper part of the valve body. The hinge part has a hinge shaft and a hinge unit. The hinge shaft is arranged in the outside of a position where the valve element and one end of the lever are connected. The hinge unit is connected to the hinge shaft to be fixed on the valve body. The float is connected to the other end of the lever to be floated on the fuel.

    • PURPOSE: A vent valve is provided to prevent the leakage of fuel in a state that an operation environment is extremely changed. CONSTITUTION: A vent valve(100) comprises an upper housing(110), a lower housing(120), an inner housing(130), and a float(140). The upper housing has an upper passage(111) in the upper part. The lower housing is coupled to the lower part of the upper housing and has a lower passage(121) in the lower part. The upper housing and the lower housing are coupled to form an internal space. The inner housing is fixed in the internal space while being separated from the inner wall of the upper or lower housing. The inner housing comprises an upper communication passage(131) and a lower communication passage(132) to connect the upper passage to the lower passage. The float is arranged inside the inner housing and is surrounded by a float housing(141) so that the side wall of the float housing can be supported and guided by the inner side wall of the inner housing, thereby being vertically moved.

    • PURPOSE: An oil supply and discharge valve is provided to minimize the weight of an oil valve because oil can be supplied and discharged by one device. CONSTITUTION: An oil supply and discharge valve(100) comprises an upper housing(110), a lower housing(120), and a poppet(130). An oil supply and discharge path(111) is extended upwardly from the top of the upper housing. A first pilot line(115) connected to a high water line valve(500) is formed in one side of the oil supply and discharge path. One or more communication holes communicated with the oil supply and discharge path are formed on the lower part of the lower housing. An outer guide part(122) protrudes upwardly from the center part of the lower housing. A second pilot line(125) connected to a low water level valve(150) is formed in one side of the lower housing. The poppet is arranged inside the upper housing in order to open and close the oil supply and discharge path. A main control line(135) communicated with the oil supply and discharge path is formed in the top side of the poppet. An outer side wall part(132) is coupled to the outer guide part to be vertically movable.

    • PURPOSE: A drain valve is provided to facilitate a cleaning work when the drain valve is contaminated and to prevent the increase of volume and weight of the drain valve. CONSTITUTION: A drain valve(100) comprises a housing(110), an upper poppet(120), a lower poppet(130), an elastic body(140), and a fixing unit(150). The housing comprises an underside part(111) having an underside communication port(111a); a pillar part(112) having at least one pillar communication port(112a); a fixing part(113) having at least one communication port(113a); and an upside part(114). The pillar part is extended upward from the underside part and is inserted into a fuel tank. The fixing part is arranged inside the fuel tank to fix the pillar part on the bottom of the fuel tank. The upper poppet comprises a side wall part, an inner upper stepped part, an inner lower stepped part, an outer upper stepper part, and an outer lower stepped part. The lower poppet comprises a stopper part closing the underside communication port; and a stepped part engaged with the outer lower stepped part. The lower poppet is coupled to the lower part of the upper poppet and is guided and supported by the interior of the pillar part to vertically move. One end of the elastic body is supported by the upside part and the other end thereof is supported by the inner lower stepped part. The fixing unit fixes the stopper.
