摘要： PURPOSE: An on/off line integrated information providing agent, system using the same, and method are provided to offer optimized solutions to a user by grasping the question of a user through a conversation in real time. CONSTITUTION: A response providing module(10) grasps a question by analyzing sentences which are inputted by a user. The response providing module transmits an answer to the user by creating an answer based on offline expert information and content related to the answer about the question. A problem solution providing module(20) provides the answer related to the question. An expert information providing module(40) manages the profile of the offline expert and provides searching results of the offline expert related to the answer to the response providing module.
