    • PURPOSE: Provided are PepDef and PepThi which have antibacterial effects and are useful in transforming plants in order for the plants to increase resistance against pathological bacteria.     • PURPOSE: A gene transferred plant which shows multi-diseases resistance to a wide range of pathogenic organisms of plant by being transferred to heterogeneous genes of soybean calmodulin(SCaM) such as SCaM4 or SCaM5 and plant cell thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: A gene transferred plant, cells or offspring thereof express genes encoding SCaM4, which is deposited on KCTC(Korean Collection for Type Cultures) as a deposit number of 0543BP and has a sequence number of 1, or soybean calmodulin 5(SCaM5), which is deposited on KCTC as a deposit number of 0544BP and has a sequence number of 3. The multi-diseases resistance of higher plant life regarding one or more of the pathogenic organisms of plant is improved by transferring the gene transferred plant using two SCaM4 or SCaM5 gene vectors into the genes encoding SCaM4 or SCaM5.
