摘要： PURPOSE: A water-absorption waterproof asphalt adhesive composition is provided to ensure excellent adhesive property, abrasion resistance, durability, aging resistance, and persistent elasticity and to secure excellent water resistance. CONSTITUTION: A water-absorption waterproof asphalt adhesive composition comprises 5~60 weight% petroleum asphalt, 1~20 weight% absorptive high molecule resin, 5~20 weight% urethane rubber, 20~50 weight% surface-treated inorganic filler, and 1~20 weight% isocyanate-based compound. The absorptive high molecule resin is one kind selected from a graft copolymer of starch-acrylonitrile, a graft copolymer of cellulose-acrylonitrile, and an acrylic acid and polyvinyl block copolymer.

Flake powder using industrial byproducts comprises: 100 parts by weight of powder of byproducts generated from metal processing; 0.1-2 parts by weight of a lubricant aid; and at least one additive selected from (a) 5 parts by weight or less of a dispersant comprising a metal organic acid salt, (b) 5 parts by weight or less of an anti-corrosive agent, (c) 10 parts by weight or less of at least one modifier selected from nickel, cobalt, aluminum and ferrite, and (d) 5 parts by weight or less of electrical property controller selected from wax, thermoplastic carbonate resins and silane coupling agents. The flake powder has an apparent density of 0.5-1.0.
