      이를 위한 본 고안은 사방 하부에 다리를 형성하고 상부 양측에 이송홈을 형성시킨 베이스판과,
      상기 이송홈을 타고 좌,우 이송 가능하게 설치한 한쌍의 이동블럭과,
      상기 이동블럭 양측면에 형성된 가이드홈을 타고 전,후 이송가능하게 설치한 한쌍의 LM가이드와,
      상기 LM가이드 상부에 설치하되 내측으로 로드셀이 고정되는 삽입부를 형성시킨 고정부재와,
      상기 삽입부에 일측 고정판을 고정구로 관통고정하고 타측 고정판에는 모재를 고정하며 중앙에 스트레인게이지를 부착시킨 로드셀과,

    • PURPOSE: An automatic reinforcing bar joiner is provided to efficiently and regularly join reinforcing bars without injuries of workers. CONSTITUTION: A wire is manually twisted around reinforcing bars a couple of times. A hanger(31) of a joiner(30) is hung on the wound wire. With power supply, a rotary shaft(13) of a motor(10) is rotated and a sun gear(21) is rotated. A decelerator(20) decelerates the motor to automatically rotate the joiner and the wire is automatically twisted around the reinforcing bars more. Therefore, the reinforcing bars are regularly joined together even if different workers conduct the joining process and the process protects the workers from injuries.
