    • The present invention relates to a comprehensive blood vessel visualization catheter system and an image processing system which are used in the diagnosis of cardiovascular problems. The provided visualization catheter system includes: a visualization device which includes an optical coherence tomography unit obtaining an optical coherence micro-structure image of a blood vessel, a tissue spectrum unit obtaining a near-infrared tissue spectrum feature image of the blood vessel, and a molecular image unit obtaining a near-infrared fluorescent molecule image of the blood vessel; an optical fiber-based catheter device which delivers light to the blood vessel; and an optical coupling unit which combines light generated in the visualization device, delivers the light to the optical fiber of the catheter device, and efficiently separates and delivers the light to the visualization device when the light returns.     • PURPOSE: An implant or a scaffold is provided to prevent attachment, growth, and infection of bacteria remarkably reducing the rate of failure for an implant or a scaffold plantation. CONSTITUTION: An implant or a scaffold has the surface which is modified using complex compounds containing a polymer-catechol functional group. The implant or scaffold contains one or more kinds of materials selected among antibiotics and osteogenesis-promoting materials. A method for manufacturing the implant or the scaffold comprises the steps of: preparing the complex; modifying and activating the surface of the implant or the scaffold using the complex; dipping the implant or the scaffold into an antibiotics-containing solution and stirring the solution at 20-25°C for 4-24 hours to fix the antibiotics on the surface of the implant or the scaffold; and dipping the implant or the scaffold into a solution containing the osteogenesis-promoting materials and stirring the solution at 20-25°C for 4-24 hours to fix the osteogenesis-promoting materials on the surface of the implant or the scaffold.
