    • The present invention relates to a method for preparing nano-emulsion including curcumin containing an oil phase layer mixture and an aqueous phase layer mixture in a weight ratio of 1:99-35:65 comprises: a step of blending an emulsifier with water to prepare an aqueous phase layer mixture; a step of blending curcumin with edible oil to prepare an oil phase layer mixture; a step of blending the prepared aqueous phase layer mixture and the prepared oil phase layer mixture by a homogenizer; and a step of blending a solution blended by the homogenizer by a high pressure homogenizer. The nano-emulsion is a nano-emulsion for food in which curcumin, which is hard to be absorbed in a human body due to insolubility, is used with an emulsifier for food and edible oil.
