    • PURPOSE: A method for producing neural stem cells from mesenchymal stem cells is provided to obtain neural stem cells which are able to autograft. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing neural stem cells from mesenchymal stem cells comprises: a step of culturing the mesenchymal stem cells in a pre-induction medium containing high glucose DMEM medium; and a step of culturing the mesenchymal stem cells in a neural stem cell induction medium containing DMEM/F-12 medium. The glucose concentration of the high glucose DMEM medium is 20-30 mM. The pre-induction medium further contains L-glutamin and L-alanyl-glutamine. A pre-induction medium composition for inducing the mesenchymal stem cells into neural stem cells contains 8-10% FBS, 1-3 mM glutamine, and 3-5 mM alanyl-glutamine in high glucose DMEM medium.
    • 目的:提供从间充质干细胞产生神经干细胞的方法,以获得能够自体移植的神经干细胞。 构成:从间充质干细胞产生神经干细胞的方法包括:在含有高葡萄糖DMEM培养基的诱导前培养基中培养间充质干细胞的步骤; 以及在含有DMEM / F-12培养基的神经干细胞诱导培养基中培养间充质干细胞的步骤。 高糖DMEM培养基的葡萄糖浓度为20-30mM。 预诱导培养基还含有L-谷氨酰胺和L-丙氨酰 - 谷氨酰胺。 用于诱导间充质干细胞进入神经干细胞的诱导前培养基组合物在高糖DMEM培养基中含有8-10%FBS,1-3mM谷氨酰胺和3-5mM丙氨酰 - 谷氨酰胺。
