摘要： PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of color oil is provided to be able to safely and efficiently manufacture color oil including natural pigment without using organic solvents having toxicity, or expensive equipment. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of color oil including natural pigment comprises (a) a step of extracting a refined material from a material including lycopene or beta-carotene; and (b) a step of mixing the refined material yielded at (a) step with edible oil and stirring the mixture. In (b) step, the refined oil material is included at the amount of 1-5 weight% to the total weight of the edible oil. The color oil including natural pigment has the content of lycopene of 50-150 μg to 100 g of color oil. The content of beta-carotene is 50-150 μg.

摘要： The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a strawberry beverage with high antioxidant activity using a strawberry calyx, which comprises: a step of drying strawberry calyxes; a step of crushing the dried strawberry calyxes; a step of extracting by adding 5 to 20 parts by weight of a solvent to 1 part by weight of the dried strawberry calyxes; a step of heating and cooling the extract; and a step of filtering and decompressed-concentrating the cooled extract. In addition, a strawberry beverage with enhanced antioxidant activity manufactured thereby is provided.

CONSTITUTION: A producing method of canned food using acipenser sinensis comprises the following steps: defrosting acipenser sinensis in water for 2~6hours, removing cephalic segments and intestines, and washing the obtained fish meat; dipping the fish meat in a marinade composition containing green tea and herbs for 12hours, and steaming; cooling the fish meat for 12~24hours, cutting the fish meat into the size for an empty can, and washing the empty can; inserting the fish meat, and adding canola oil, green tea cream sauce, red pepper sauce, or teriyaki sauce before sealing the can; and sterilizing the sealed can at 115deg C and cooling.
