    • A method for manufacturing a soft magnetic core is provided to smoothly prevent the soft magnetic core compact from being damaged easily by manufacturing a soft magnetic core compact in which a soft coating material is bonded to outer surfaces and inner parts of soft magnetic powders. A method for manufacturing a soft magnetic core comprises: a step(S200) of preparing soft magnetic powders that can be suitably used as a core material; a step(S202) of adding mixed ceramics into the soft magnetic powders to coat each of the soft magnetic powders with the ceramics to electrically insulate the soft magnetic powders; a step(S204) of adding small quantities of a binder and/or a lubrication agent into the soft magnetic powders; a step(S206) of inserting a soft coating material into outer sides and/or inner parts of the soft magnetic powders filled in a forming die of a press; a step(S208) of press-forming the soft coating material-inserted soft magnetic powders by the press to form a soft magnetic core compact; a step(S210) of heat-treating the soft magnetic core compact; and a step(S212) of applying a protection coating onto a surface of the compact.

    • PURPOSE: A gear set for continuously variable transmission is provided to use a cheap variable motor since the rotation direction of a spindle gear is opposite to the direction of the carrier. CONSTITUTION: The torque of the drive motor is inputted into a driving input shaft. A carrier(150) is extended from one side of the drive shaft. A spindle gear(140) has the same central shaft as the driving input shaft. A planetary gear(160) rotates around the driving input shaft according to the rotation of a carrier. The driving output gear is located in the same line as the rotary shaft of the driving input shaft.

    • A limited slip differential apparatus is provided to simplify the structure of the apparatus by implementing a structure for controlling side and pinion gears in a shaft direction at a case. A limited slip differential apparatus includes a case(10), two side gears(20), plural pinion gears(30,30'), and two side caps(40,40'). The case includes a protrusion part(12), which is extruded as circular type, for fixing at both sides of the side gears in an upper portion thereof. The protrusion part includes gear holes(14) extended from an inner side of gear grooves(13,13'). Each of side gears is supported at an inner portion of the protrusion part. An external portion of the pinion gears is positioned in the gear grooves and an inner portion thereof is inserted into the gear holes.

    • An injection molding machine is provided to reduce costs by allowing a core element to be separated from a support member of a core unit. An injection molding machine includes an upper mold(10) and a lower mold(20) for forming a cavity(30) for molding of a product; and a core unit(40) arranged on at least one side of the upper and lower molds so as to form a part of the cavity. The core unit includes a core element(41) forming a part of the cavity; and a support member(43) coupled to the core element via a joint member(42) such that the support member is guided by a guide member arranged on one side of the upper and lower molds.
