摘要： PURPOSE: An abrasive recycling system of an injection mixing type water jet spray is provided to prevent a mesh filter from being blocked, since a mesh filter is rotated in the opposite direction to an inner cylinder. CONSTITUTION: An abrasive recycling system of an injection mixing type water jet spray comprises an injection unit(100), an injection nozzle(200), a first catch tank(300), a filter unit(400), a slurry supplying pipe(510), first and second air supply pipes(710,720), and a main pipe(910). The water and slurry of the high pressure flow in the injection unit. The injection nozzle sprays slurry at high pressure. The filter unit filters slurry flowing from the first catch tank. The slurry supplying pipe supplies the slurry of a hopper(500) to the injection unit. The first air supply pipe connects an air feeder(700) and a first catch tank. The second air supply pipe connects the air feeder to a hopper.

CONSTITUTION: In order to floating an abrasive among the slurry flowing into an inner tube(110), an inner tube rotating shaft(115) rotates the inner tube in one direction. A tube-shaped mesh filter(120) filters the slurry flowing through a slurry outlet of the inner tube. The mesh filter encloses the inner tube. In order to prevent the abrasive from plugging the grids of the mesh filter, a filter rotating shaft(125) rotates the mesh filter in the opposite direction to the inner tube.
