    • PURPOSE: An ammonia borane synthesis system and a manufacturing method of ammonia borane using the same are provided to be able to be used as a hydrogen storage material as ammonia borane containing diammonium diborane intermediate with improved hydrogen generation property is able to be mass-produced in high purity and high yield, and to be able to inject the accurate amount of reaction gas. CONSTITUTION: An ammonia borane synthesis system comprises a first reactor(10), a second reactor(20), a diborane storing unit(30), an ammonia storing unit(40) and a scrubber(51). A borane complex (BH3·solvent complex) solution is manufactured in the first reactor. Ammonia borane is manufactured by reacting the borane complex solution and liquid ammonia in the second reactor. The diborane storing unit keeps the diborane injected in the first reactor, and is connected to the first reactor. The ammonia storing unit keeps the ammonia injected to the second reactor, and is connected to the second reactor. The scrubber removes unreacted diborane and unreacted ammonia remained in the first reactor and the second reactor. The first reactor and the second reactor have exterior wall tanks(13, 23) formed to wrap each reactor exterior wall. The tank is connected to a liquid nitrogen storing unit. The temperature of the first reactor and the second reactor is controlled by injecting the liquid nitrogen within the exterior wall tanks.
