摘要： The present invention relates to a tape attaching device for PCB which includes a reel assembly which has a driving reel and a driven reel capable of moving a tape strip in a winding method; a mold assembly which comprises an upper mold and a lower mold to punch the tape strip; a first work table which absorbs the attached tape from the down side to the upper mold by moving toward the mold assembly and rotates to make the tape face down; a second work table which absorbs the tape absorbed to the first work table from the down side of the first work table by moving toward the first work table; a main table which moves along the direction which the second work table moves while loading the PCB; and a head unit which moves perpendicular to the moving direction of the second work table, absorbs the tape by descending to the second work table and then attaches the tape to the PCB on the main table. The present invention can well maintain an arranged state of the mold assembly and efficiently maintain the space use by drawing out the tape through the linear movement of the first work table without relative movement of the upper and lower molds in the longitudinal direction.
