The feed surfaces the fiber from the fiber releasing unit. The scale hopper measures the weight of the fiber from the feed. The fiber mixing tank mixes the fiber from the scale hopper. The fiber distributor distributes the fiber from the fiber mixing tank. The fiber arrangement unit arranges the fiber in a multiple layer. The punching unit punches a fiber layer. The heating device heats and presses a complex mat from the complex mat manufacturing device. The cooling device cools and presses the complex mat from the heating device.

A mat is made by mixing and opening at least one kind of thermoplastic fiber and at least one kind of natural fiber(S1,S2). The laminated sheet is produced by stacking the mats in at least two layers by using a stampable sheet manufacturing device(S3,S5). In particular, the mat is produced by mixing 20~95wt.% of fiber with 10~20 deniers and 5~80wt.% of fiber with 2~7 deniers. The thermoplastic fiber is at least one selected from polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene-polyester copolymer, nylon 6, nylon 66, and nylon 10.
