CONSTITUTION: A compression molding apparatus of friction materials comprises a supply unit(100), a mold unit(200), a loading unit(300), and a transfer unit(400). Preformed friction materials are supplied to the supply unit. The mold unit compresses the preformed friction materials with high temperature after settling the friction materials on a mold. The loading unit stacks the friction materials. The transfer unit transfers the friction materials to the mold unit by gripping the preformed friction materials The transfer unit transfers the friction materials to the loading unit by gripping the friction materials compressed by the mold unit.

    • PURPOSE: A vinyl pack for maintaining food freshness is provided, which enables the long-term preservation of food by preventing the decay of the food in a vinyl pack. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl pack for maintaining food freshness is manufactured using the following steps: a step of removing foreign materials; a step of cutting an object into a constant size and aging it at 35~40°C for 30~50 days; a step of collecting the antibiotic extracts of a lower layer by centrifugation at 2,000-3,000G; a step of refining the collected antibiotic extracts; a step of separating the antibiotic extracts of the lower layer by centrifugation at 2,000-3,000G; a step of freezing and drying the first dried extract after drying the separated extract; and a step of mixing the dried powder 2~4 wt% with molten polyethylene and processing it in a roller.

    • A manufacturing method of soundproofing panel is provided to utilize waste material for reducing environment pollution and to construct easily by introducing light resin and aluminum into the panel. A manufacturing method of soundproofing panel comprises steps of: melting waste metal by heating(S101) and melting waste synthetic resin from ABS resin by heating(S102); mixing the melted waste metal and the melted waste synthetic resin(S103); cooling the mixture(S104); breaking the cooled mixture into pieces(S105); and pressing the broken mixture in a panel form(S106). The waste metal comprises waste aluminum. The waste synthetic resin comprises melamine resin and ABS resin. In the step of pressing, minute air bubbles are formed in the formed panel.
