    • PURPOSE: A spine anchoring device is provided to easily operate a spinal fusion technique by using a fixing member consisting of a first body and a second body. CONSTITUTION: A first body(110) is installed to adjacent spines in a vertical direction. A shaft(112) is integrated with one side of the first body. A manufacturing method of a balloon member used for catheters comprises: an extrusion step(S101) of respectively extruding materials to be used as a balloon, an outer tube and an inner tube; an aging step(S102) of aging the extruded materials to a predetermined temperature in a culture medium to increase durability of the extruded materials; a cutting step(S103) of respectively cutting the aged materials according to determined dimensions of the balloon, outer tube and inner tube; a cleaning step(S104) of cleaning the cut balloon, outer tube and inner tube; a welding step(S105) of welding the balloon, outer tube and inner tube that have been cleaned in the cleaning step; and a molding step(S106) of injecting the balloon, outer tube and inner tube that have been welded in the welding step into a molding jig, inflating the balloon, and molding the inflated balloon such that the balloon can remember its shape.
