CONSTITUTION: A head part(110) has a constant space passing through a load and a fixing means for fixing the load. A screw part(120) is connected to the lower part of the head part and a screw thread(121) is formed in order to be screwed with backbone. Materials activating the fusion of the screw part and backbone are coated in the screw part. The materials which are coated in the exterior of a coating layer(C) are synthetic bone which is powdered state. The synthetic bone is composed of one and more calcium and phosphorus.
