    • PURPOSE: An antioxidant-hyaluronic acid composite is provided to enhance stability of antioxidant and to block antioxidant deterioration. CONSTITUTION: An antioxidant-hyaluronic acid is manufactured by reacting antioxidant and hyaluronic acid under the presence of 3-dimethyl-aminopropyl-N-ethyl carbodimide. The antioxidant is retinol, coenzyme Q10, alpha-tocopherol, ascorbic acid, butylated hydroxyl toluene, genistein, propyl gallate, epigallocatechingallate, or gallocatechin gallate. The reaction is performed under the presence of acid. The acid is hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, sulfonic acid, phosphoric acid. A method for manufacturing the antioxidant-hyaluronic acid composite comprises: a step of reacting hyaluronic acid and adipic acid dihydrazide under the presence of 3-dimethyl-aminopropyl-N-ethyl carbodimide; and a step of reacting alpha-lipoic acid or glutathione under the presence of the product and 3-dimethyl-aminopropyl-N-ethyl carbodimide.

    • PURPOSE: An UV protection composition is provided to enable stabilization with high concentration without an addition of a solubilizing agent and to have an excellent UV protection effect by impregnating a natural product-derived or plant-derived UV protection activator into a hydrophobic liquid polymer medium. CONSTITUTION: An UV protection composition (100A) contains a hydrophobic liquid polymer medium (10); and an UV protection activating agent (20) which is impregnated into the hydrophobic liquid polymer medium. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises the steps of: adding an organic solvent to the hydrophobic liquid polymer medium to prepare a first solution; adding the UV protection activating agent to the first solution to prepare a second solution; and removing the organic solvent from the second solution and preparing the composition.
