    • PURPOSE: A water-soluble ceramide-hyaluronic acid composite and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the high water phase solubility and stability by including hyaluronic acid to fat-soluble ceramide. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a water-soluble ceramide-hyaluronic acid composite marked with chemical formula I comprises the following steps: forming a hyaluronic acid solution activated on a carboxylic acid portion by adding an activation reagent to water-soluble hyaluronic acid; mixing a basic reagent with the activated hyaluronic acid solution; mixing ceramide with the solution; and forming the ceramide-hyaluronic acid composite in which a primary alcohol portion is reacted.
