    • The present invention relates to an LPG direct injecting system directly injecting LPG to a combustion chamber of an engine. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the LPG direct injecting system comprises an engine receiving fluid LPG in a combustion engine; an injector arranged to directly inject the LPG to the combustion chamber of the engine; a high pressure fuel pump supplying the high pressure LPG to the injector; a fuel tank in which the LPG supplied to the engine is stored; a regulator device which receives LPG from the fuel tank, stably adjusts the pressure of the received LPG, and transfers LPG with the predetermined pressure to the high pressure fuel pump; a fuel supplying line which connects the fuel tank, the regulator device, the high pressure fuel pump, and the injector in order so as to supply the LPG stored in the fuel tank to the engine; and a fuel return line returning, to the fuel tank, the LPG remaining after pumped in the high pressure fuel pump.

      상기와 같은 외장형 연료펌프를 이용하는 것에 의해, 액상 흡입구 및 기상 흡입구를 통해 액체상태 및 기체상태의 연료를 엔진에 원활하게 공급하여, 기상층을 감소시킴으로써 기상층과 액상층 사이의 연료 유면이 저하되면서 연료공급을 방해하는 현상을 제거하여 엔진 부조를 감소시킬 수 있다.

    • The present invention relates to a high-pressure fuel pump for a direct injection type LPI (low-pressure injection) system which includes a body having an outlet and a collection port on the lateral surface; a bracket joined to the bottom of the body and including an inner suction means generating force for sucking fuel; a damper unit including an inlet on one side, joined to the top of the body, and reducing the pulsation of the sucked fuel; and a flow-rate control valve joined to one side of the body and controlling a supply and discharge pressure of the fuel. By using the high-pressure fuel pump for the direct injection type LPI system, an effect of generating high pressure by rapidly collecting LPG fuel including air bubbles generated by the vaporization of the LPG fuel due to heat, which is generated by the operation of a fuel flow valve, in a cylinder and then sufficiently pressing the rest of the LPG fuel at a preset high pressure is obtained.

    • The present invention relates to a control method of a bi-fuel feed system. The control method includes the steps of inspecting a set state of a mode switch when an engine starts; proceeding to a gasoline driving mode or a liquid petroleum gas (LPG) driving mode based on the inspected result; directly injecting a gasoline fuel into a combustion chamber of the engine by driving the gasoline driving unit in the gasoline driving mode to drive the engine; and injecting the LPG fuel into the air sucked via an intake manifold by driving an LPG supply unit in the LPG driving mode to drive the engine using the mixed gas. Therefore, in case where the fuel injection types are different from each other, such as the direct injection type gasoline fuel supply system and the LPG fuel supply system, it is possible to exactly supply the gas fuel into the engine of the vehicle by calculating injection point and injection time of the LPG fuel based on the injector driving signal of the gasoline fuel supply system.     • The present invention relates to a direct injection LPI system including: a fuel pump which pumps and supplies fuel to an engine by being installed inside a cylinder; a high pressure pump which pressurizes a part of the fuel pumped and supplied by the fuel pump at high pressure and delivers remaining fuel to a fuel collecting line in order to collect the fuel in the cylinder; a delivery pipe which is connected to the high pressure pump and is filled with the fuel pressurized by the high pressure; an injector which is connected to the delivery pipe and directly injects the fuel of liquid state filled by the high pressure to the inside of a combustion chamber; an electronic control unit which controls the driving of the injector in order to directly inject the fuel pressurized by the high pressure pump to the inside of the combustion chamber based on the target RPM of the engine; and a bypass line which circulates the fuel filled in the delivery pipe to the front end of the high pressure pump of the fuel supply line. By using the direct injection LPI system like the forementioned, the present invention prevents an engine abnormality and a start-off which are caused by vaporization of LPG fuel by circulating fuel supplied to the delivery pipe with the high pressure pump through the bypass line. The LPG supply line supplies LPG fuels in a bomb to a high pressure pump(30). The LPG recovery line recovers the some LPG supplied to the high pressure pump to the bomb. The pressure regulator reduces the pressure of the LPG fuels recovered to the bomb. The bypass line bypasses the fuels having vapor to the bomb. The first shutoff valve is opened and closed to bypass the fuels having vapor to the bomb when restarting an engine.
