    • 본발명은 EGR 밸브조립체에관한것으로, 하부에배기가스가유입되는유입구가형성되고, 일측에상기배기가스가배출되는배출구가형성되며, 상기유입구와배출구사이에는제 1 및제 2배출가스유로가형성되는하우징, 상기하우징에결합되어상기제 1 및제 2배출가스유로사이를개폐하는 EGR 밸브및 상기하우징과 EGR 밸브사이에설치되는개스킷을포함하고, 상기 EGR 밸브는전자제어유닛의제어에기초하여정역회전운동하는모터, 상기모터의회전운동을전달받아승강동작하는밸브로드및 상기밸브로드의하단에설치되어상기제 2배출가스유로를개폐하는밸브시트플레이트를포함하며, 상기밸브로드의일부분은상기모터의내부에나사결합되는구성을마련한다. 상기와같은 EGR 밸브조립체를이용하는것에의해, 본발명은모터의회전운동을이용해직접밸브로드를승강동작시켜 EGR 밸브의응답성을향상시키고, 밸브결합부재와하우징을통해냉각수를순환시켜재순환되는배기가스의온도가과도하게상승하는것을방지한다.

      상기와 같은 가스 차량용 필터를 이용하는 것에 의해, 본 발명은 가스 연료를 필터링하는 여과지의 상하면에 와이어메시를 일체로 형성하여 여과재의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 필터부와 케이스 및 커버를 분리형으로 형성하여 여과재의 수명이 다하면 필터만을 교체하여 교체 비용을 절감할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A regulator comprises a body(10), a first decompression unit(20), and a second decompression unit. The body comprises an appearance, a frame, and a decompression chamber. The first decompression unit is coupled outside a supply port supplying gas fuel inside the body, and supplies high pressure gas fuel to the supply port by firstly decompressing the gas fuel. CONSTITUTION: A case(10) includes a fuel inlet(11). A filtering part(20) is combined with the inside of the case and filters impurities from gas fuel using filtering materials. A cover(30) shields the opening of the case and forms a fuel outlet(31) with respect to the filtered gas fuel. A method for manufacturing the filtering materials integratedly shapes a pair of wire meshes and filtering paper. The filtering part includes first and second plates. The filtering materials include the transferring space of the filtered gas fuel. The filtering part is capable of being separated from the case and the cover.

CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve is installed in a fuel supply path(4c) for supplying LPG to a first pressure reducing chamber(4a) of a vaporizer(4). When an engine(6) is driven, the fuel supply path is opened by the solenoid valve. When the engine is stopped, the fuel supply path is closed by the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is driven by an electrical signal. By closing the fuel supply path, the leakage of the fuel to the first pressure reducing chamber is prevented.

The body forms an exterior and a frame, and has a first chamber and a second chamber through which the pressure of gas fuel is reduced into a predetermined discharge pressure with two steps. The first pressure reducing part is installed inside the body, and firstly reduces the high pressure of the gas fuel. The second pressure reducing part is installed to be connected to the first pressure reducing part in series inside the body, and secondly reduces the pressure of the gas fuel which is transferred from the first pressure reducing part. The body includes a supply port, a transferring path, a first body(11), a second body(12), and a cover(13). The gas fuel is supplied to the supply port. The gas fuel, of which the pressure is reduced in the first pressure reducing part, is transferred to the second pressure reducing part through the transferring path. A hot water path, in which hot water moves, and a first orifice, which firstly reduces the pressure of the gas fuel, are formed in the first body. The second body is connected to the first body, and receives a gaseous state of the gas fuel through the transferring path. The cover covers the rear side of the second body.
