CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for lubricating a fuel pump for an LPG vehicle is composed of a motor part(A) having a rotor(34) engaged with a rotational shaft(32) and a stator(33) for applying the rotational force to the rotor, an eccentric cam installed at the lower end of the rotational shaft of the motor part(A), a rod for switching the circular motion to the linear motion, and a diaphragm assembly(27) for performing the pumping operation by the linear motion of the rod. The diaphragm assembly(27) divides the pumping part(B) with an LPG fuel chamber and oil lubricant chamber. A circulating screw(37) is installed at the rotational shaft in the motor part and splashes the oil lubricant contained in the pumping part. An elastic member(39) is installed at the upper portion of the circulating screw to elastically support the circulating screw.

An electronic control unit(59) compares the pressure difference between the fuel tank and the injector, and notifies to the driver when the difference is less than a predetermined value, and decides fuel injection amount supplied to the injector by a negative pressure of the fuel tank.

CONSTITUTION: A gas fuel vehicle has a fuel supply line in which liquid gas fuel stored in a fuel tank(30) is pressurized by a fuel pump(32) and a regulator unit(20), supplied to an injector(11) of an engine(10) through a supply pipe(40), and burned. Non-burnt fuel re-flows in the fuel tank through a return pipe(50), passing through a pressure regulator(22) of the regulator unit and a return valve(51). The gas fuel vehicle includes a bypass pipe(100) communicated with the return pipe, bypassing the pressure regulator; a bypass valve(200) disposed on a side of the outer peripheral surface of the bypass pipe and controlled by an ECU(Electronic Control Unit,70); and a check valve(300) disposed on the bypass pipe to be separated from the bypass valve. The bypass valve opens a passage of the bypass pipe just when the engine stops. The check valve prevents countercurrent of fuel coming in the fuel tank.

The valve assembly for exhausting fuel has a reverse flow-preventing check valve(56) and an overflow-preventing valve(57) to the outlet side exhausting fuel from the fuel tank to the engine side by the operation of a fuel pump(55). The return oil passage returns some of fuel from the engine to the fuel tank and has a reverse flow-preventing check valve(59) within. The fuel gauge indicates the residual amount in the fuel tank.
