摘要： PURPOSE: A recycled asphalt concrete which is manufactured by mixing new and recycled asphalt concrete and an apparatus for the asphalt concrete are provided to reduce amount of fuel-use by using a cylindrical rotary drum to mix new and recycled asphalt concrete. CONSTITUTION: A recycled asphalt concrete which is manufactured by mixing new and recycled asphalt concrete and an apparatus for the asphalt concrete comprises one cylindrical rotary drum and an exhaustion fixing unit(30). The new aggregate and recycled asphalt concrete are mixed and sent to a mixing part(40). The new aggregate and recycled asphalt concrete are sent to the mixing part in weight ratio of 7±1 : 3±1. The mixed new aggregate and recycled asphalt concrete are mixed with AP oil(Asphalt oil) and discharged. The new aggregate is heated inside the cylindrical rotary drum in a rage of 300-500 deg. Celsius.
