The turntable is turnably installed on the traveling device. The arm device is movably installed on one side of the turntable. The knob member is installed on a steel wire tensioner installed on the front end of the arm device. The speed reducing device is installed on the arm device and reduces the operation speed of the arm device. The controller remotely controls the operation of the traveling device and the steel wire tensioner.

    • A structure and a construction method of prestressed concrete pavement are provided to extend the service life of concrete pavement by preventing damage resulting from crack.
