    • PURPOSE: A stretching device is provided to reduce the size of a thermal processing chamber and to shorten the distance of a returning path driving a base material. CONSTITUTION: A stretching device(10) comprises a returning path and a tender device. The tender device includes a pair of tender rails, a pair of tender chains, a plurality of clips, and a driving member. The width of an entrance is greater than the width of an exit in the tender rails in the even number. One side of the enlarged slope tender chain is inclined in the (θ-α) degrees with respect to the X-axis and the other side is inclined in the (θ+β) degrees with respect to the X-axis.
