摘要： A knife grinder is disclosed. The knife grinder according to the present invention comprises; a workbench; and the first grinding part formed on one side of the upper part of the workbench and mounted to allow knife-grinding grinder to be rotatable; and the second grinding part formed on the other side of the upper part of the workbench and mounted to allow abrasives having denser particles than abrasives of the first grinding part to be rotatable; and a power part to drive the first and the second grinding parts; wherein the first and the second grinding parts comprise; a shaft rotatably connected with the power part with mounting of the abrasives; and a knife rack mounted on the workbench, arranged on both sides of the abrasives and capable of adjusting grinding angles while setting a side face of the knife blade. According to this, there are effects that contact angles between a grindstone and the knife can be adjusted so as to facilitate grinding of the knife and that an entire process from an initial knife grinding process through a finishing process can be executed owing to provision of a finishing grindstone as well as a coarse-grained grind stone and a fine-grained grindstone.
