CONSTITUTION: The repair method using a latticed steel mesh reinforcement by fitting the outward form of a repair structure comprises the steps of: manufacturing a wavy latticed steel mesh(100) to coincide with the shape and size of the object of reinforcement(600); fixing a steel mesh(100) to the object of reinforcement(600) using an anchor bolt(50); coupling a latticed steel mesh(100) to the corner or the end using a connecting-reinforcing plate(200) and connecting whole reinforcements in one flexibly; and placing filler(700) in a space of the latticed steel mesh(100) and the connecting-reinforcing plate(200) and to the end of the anchor bolt(50).

    • PURPOSE: A latex modified concrete composition using low heat cement is provided to secure the continuous intensity of the concrete composition and to improve the durability and the adhesive of the concrete composition. CONSTITUTION: A latex modified concrete composition includes 16-19 weight% of low heat cement, 72-76 weight% of aggregate, 3-5 weight% of polymer modifier, and 3-5 weight% of water. The low heat cement is composed of 2-40 weight% of granulated blast furnace slag fine powder, 10-30 weight% of ordinary Portland cement, 15-40 weight% of calcium sulfo-aluminate-based clinker, 2-10 weight% of calcium aluminate-based clinker, 10-30 weight% of anhydrous gypsum, 2-5 weight% of slaked lime, and 2-5 weight% of an additive. The granulated blast furnace slag fine powder is an inorganic-based mixing material. The additive is composed of 1.0-4.0 weight% of silica fume, 0.5-2.0 weight% of a superplasticizer, 0.1-0.5 weight% of a curing accelerator, 0.1-1.0 weight% of a retarder, and 0.1-0.3 weight% of an antifoaming agent based on the total weight of the low heat cement.

    • Provided is a CSA soil solidifying agent, which uses ladle furnace(L/F) slag containing a relatively high amount of alumina and CaO and some SO3, is suitable for the production of ettringite, and increases binding force between soil particles. The CSA soil solidifying agent comprises L/F (ladle furnace) slag, light burned lime, anhydrite and cement. The CSA soil solidifying agent preferably comprises 20 wt% of L/F slag, 10 wt% of light burned lime, 35 wt% of anhydrite and 35 wt% of cement. The CSA solidifying agent produces ettringite crystal, which is combined with cement gel so as to fill voids in the soil and to increase solidifying and binding forces between soil particles.
