If the fingerprint is recognized, the fingerprint is compared with the fingerprint of the real user stored in a storage(S24). If the fingerprint is identical, the real user is certified and uses the card by a driving part(S28). The illegal use is prevented by automatically turning off the power after the predetermined time(S32).
